You may use ftp://username:password@serverIP in your web browser.
For FTP client (recommended) use the following:
- server address:
- to access your home directory username: cpanel_username password: cpanel_password (you will get access to all the files and directories under this hosting account)
- to access your addon domains -username: username@domain.name password: specified_when_creating_addon_domain (you will get access only to the files that are located in the directory of this addon domain)
- Set the passive mode and the limitation on 2 connections maximum for your FTP client.
If you do not know how to do this please look into documentation of your FTP client.
